Job Description

Pulley is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to spearhead the development of key product experiences for startup founders, focusing on equity and company-building workflows. The Senior Engineer will play a crucial role in shaping product strategy, influencing architecture, and mentoring teammates. This role involves close collaboration with design, product, and fellow engineers to deliver polished and performant experiences.Pulley's mission is to make it easier for anyone to start a company. With Pulley’s cap table management tools, companies can better understand and optimize their equity for the long term.What this role involves:

• Leading the development of core product features across the frontend.
• Partnering with product and design teams to scope and ship features.
• Collaborating with backend, data, and AI engineers to build seamless integrations.
• Evolving technical architecture and engineering best practices.
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
• Taking ownership of reliability and quality.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience building and scaling web applications.
• A track record of shipping features end-to-end with high quality and performance.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React.
• Experience working across the stack and collaborating with backend and product teams.
• A user-centric mindset with the ability to break down complex workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity or interest in AI-powered developer tools.
