Job Description

SKUTOPIA, a fast-growing Australian Technology Driven third party logistics Company (3PL), is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team in Alexandria, New South Wales. The HR Advisor will report to the Head of People and will be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, managing day-to-day HR operations and helping the company scale sustainably.

The role involves:

• Being the first point of contact for employee queries.
• Managing onboarding, offboarding, and leave.
• Supporting recruitment coordination.
• Maintaining HR systems and supporting payroll.
• Maintaining compliance with employment laws and WHS requirements.
• Assisting with engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Collaborating on performance reviews and policy updates.
• Supporting employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Solid experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law.
• Desire to learn and get stuck in.
• Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
