Lucid Software is seeking a Deal Strategy Analyst I to join their Revenue Operations team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, the individual will support both customers and sales representatives throughout Lucid's sales process. Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team in the quote to billing process.
- Work closely with Deal Strategy, Order Management, Renewals and Commission teams.
- Review and approve quotes and contracts for accuracy and completeness in CRM.
- Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of licensing models.
- Drive process improvements to improve sales rep experience.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
Requirements: - BA/BS degree.
- 1+ years Deal Desk or Sales experience in a SaaS company.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow complex processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working cross-departmentally.
- Excellent work ethic and problem-solving skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
