Job Description
Sertis, a leading AI and Data Science company in ASEAN, is seeking a Product Manager to drive the commercialization of its IP. The Product Manager will define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to deliver AI and data solutions that meet marketplace needs. This role involves leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining key metrics, and contributing to go-to-market strategies.- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy
- Use market research to identify opportunities
- Communicate product roadmap to stakeholders
- Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Define and track key product metrics
- Work with development team to prioritize features
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies
- Provide guidance to sales and marketing teams
- Build and nurture a community around Sertis’s AI products
- Foster a culture of innovation within the product team
- A degree in Engineering and/or an BBA, MBA
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in the AI or data domains
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Strong understanding of Data and AI technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of customer experience principles
- Experience with UX design principles and user research methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
- Ability to take a leadership role
- Proficiency in data analysis and data analysis tools is a plus
