Job Description
Sertis is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead product development. This role involves shaping and executing the product vision and strategy from the ground up, leveraging Sertis' IPs. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the CEO and CCO, bridging business strategy with product development to ensure the company's AI and data solutions deliver maximum value to clients. This role requires a strong focus on business strategy, market understanding, and commercialization.

Role involves:
  • Developing and communicating a product vision and strategy aligned with Sertis’ business objectives.
  • Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Establishing product-market fit and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Partnering with the CEO, CCO, and other stakeholders.
  • Using data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
  • Fostering user engagement and build a strong community.
  • Helping create a culture of innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA or equivalent is also good to have.
  • At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on business-oriented product roles in AI, data, or technology industries.
  • A proven track record of taking products from concept to market, achieving product-market fit, and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and commercial strategies for tech products.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and communicate effectively with executive teams, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Experience working with clients to define needs and ensure product alignment with market demands.
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach to decision-making.
  • Knowledge of UX principles, user research methods, and customer experience best practices.
