Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management, is seeking an Associate Solutions Engineer (ASE) to join their team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to partner with the global Solutions Engineering (SE) team to craft customer-centric solutions for business and IT leaders across various industries. The ASE will participate in a 6-month intensive training program, the ASE Academy, designed to provide the tools and tactics necessary for success as a Solutions Engineer at Box.
What This Role Involves:
Collaborating with colleagues using SaaS business applications.
Completing the ASE Academy and transitioning into a full-time ASE position.
Becoming an expert on the Box platform (web, mobile, desktop, and APIs).
Partnering with SEs on strategic opportunities.
Understanding customer needs and communicating how Box can solve them.
Delivering product demonstrations to customers and internal teams.
Sharing product expertise through Go-To-Market enablement activities.
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (open to Spring 2025 graduates).
1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
Demonstrated interest in learning new technology.
Ambition to pursue a career in technical sales.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Highly motivated and self-starting individual with a positive attitude.
