CloudSEK is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee complex projects related to the development and enhancement of its cybersecurity products. The ideal candidate will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance.Responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end program management of software development and implementation projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans.
• Utilizing project management tools like Jira to track progress.
• Managing project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitating effective communication among team members.
• Coordinating and conducting regular project meetings.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring timely communication.
• Monitoring project budgets and timelines.
• Driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Mentoring and coaching team members.

Requirements include:

• Proven experience in technical program or project management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, digital risk, and threat intelligence.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with proficiency in Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in agile development methodologies is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies is a plus.
