Job Description
CloudSEK, a cybersecurity product company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role involves managing communication, scheduling, travel, and day-to-day operations. The Executive Assistant will work closely with leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring priorities are aligned and operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:
  • Managing the CEO's inbox, including triaging, responding, and delegating messages.
  • Managing a complex calendar across time zones.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Tracking and reconciling expenses.
  • Managing the investor pipeline using Streak (CRM).
  • Managing the Keka HR platform for employee workflows.
  • Handling ad-hoc tasks and special assignments.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in email/inbox and calendar management.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • Tech-savviness with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
