Job Description
VEED.IO is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a highly technical team of engineers. The Engineering Manager will report to a Group Engineering Manager and work closely with the engineering team, other Engineering Managers, and Product Managers. The primary focus of this role is on team well-being and delivery.
What this role involves:
- Leading team organization and coordination.
- Supporting direct reports through guidance and addressing challenges.
- Mentoring engineers and fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Championing engineering excellence and agile methodologies.
- Monitoring team objectives and key results.
- Providing insights and forecasting project workloads.
- Engaging with stakeholders to capture requirements.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration across engineering departments.
