Job Description
Elite Technology is seeking a Director of Accounting to join their finance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity of the company's global SaaS operations. The Director will lead a talented team, driving accurate and timely financial reporting for domestic and international entities, while optimizing processes and maintaining robust internal controls. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in US GAAP, hands-on NetSuite proficiency, and a proactive approach to leadership in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

What this role involves:
  • Leading and developing a high-performing accounting team.
  • Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and footnote disclosures.
  • Managing core general ledger areas.
  • Managing intercompany transactions and currency exchange processes.
  • Partnering with FP&A and cross-functional teams.
  • Designing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
  • Leveraging NetSuite to streamline reporting and processes.
  • Conducting technical accounting research.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
  • 3+ years in a SaaS company.
  • 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
  • Proven experience managing intercompany transactions and currency exchange in a global organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Strong understanding of internal controls.
  • Advanced proficiency with NetSuite and other financial reporting tools.
