Job Description
OKX is seeking a Finance Business Partner Senior Manager to support strategic and operational decision-making. This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Regional Finance function. The successful candidate will work closely with local CEOs and the leadership team.
Role involves:
- Leading and managing the rolling forecast process.
- Building and maintaining complex financial models.
- Performing thorough variance analysis.
- Tracking and evaluating ROI for major initiatives.
- Providing financial guidance on operational decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; Chartered Accountant and MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, with at least 6 years in FP&A, business partnering, or strategic finance roles.
- A good understanding of the Crypto industry.
- Strong command of finance systems and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
