Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to handle statutory financial accounting and reporting for the Group. The role involves preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS, liaising with auditors and various teams, and preparing group accounting policies. The candidate will also participate in improving controls and business processes, prepare tax accounting computations, and assist in ad-hoc special projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing statutory financial accounting and reporting for the Group.
• Liaising with auditors, legal counsels, tax, business, and regional finance teams.
• Providing accounting support to the group and regional finance team.
• Preparing group accounting policies and implementing process and system changes.
• Participating in establishing, implementing, and improving controls and business processes.
• Preparing tax accounting computation.
• Assisting in ad-hoc special projects.
• Improving business and finance processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in preparing/managing/auditing complex group consolidation.
• Experience in US SEC reporting and involvement in US IPO project is preferred.
• Degree in Accountancy or recognizable accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.).
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
• Competency in IFRS/US GAAP.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• System-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Oracle/Hyperion and data analytic tools is an advantage.
• Crypto knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Mandarin.
