Job Description
DevRev is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on the startup segment within their hybrid product-led and sales-led growth model. This role involves working with early-stage companies and the VC ecosystem to drive adoption of DevRev's AgentOS. The Sales Representative will craft go-to-market strategies, evangelize DevRev, and manage full-funnel execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to founders.Responsibilities include:
  • Owning the end-to-end sales cycle for startups across Asia Pacific and Japan.
  • Defining and refining GTM playbooks for startup sales.
  • Driving pipeline generation through ecosystem channels and targeted outbound efforts.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging.
  • Using product signals and usage data to prioritize high-intent accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Providing feedback to product and GTM teams based on startup needs.
Requirements:
  • 6–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Track record of closing deals in the startup or SMB segment.
  • Knowledge of the VC/startup ecosystem.
  • Comfortable owning early-stage deals.
  • Familiarity with modern AI SaaS stacks, CRM workflows, and tools.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.
  • High adaptability and self-starter energy.
