- Observing children to understand their needs.
- Preparing an orderly environment.
- Cultivating independence.
- Providing individual and small-group lessons.
- Forming connections with children and parents.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has or is willing to obtain a Montessori diploma for 3-6 year olds.
- Has experience working with children ages 3-6.
- Is familiar with child-led philosophies.
- Has earned a Bachelor’s Degree.
