Job Description
Guidepost Montessori in South Naperville, Illinois is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher. This role offers the opportunity to nurture infants in a specially designed environment that promotes growth, exploration, and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of infant-age children within a Montessori setting.
Role Involves:
  • Observing each child to understand their needs.

Requirements:
  • Interest in Montessori training or prior Montessori diploma.
  • Experience working with children ages 0-3.
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies.
  • 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, ECE, or a related field.
