Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher for their Blue Ash school in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to nurture infants in a Montessori environment designed for growth and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of infant children, preparing an environment that fosters independence and captivates a child’s interest. They will provide personalized support, working with children individually and in small groups, demonstrating how to use materials, and giving precise language to understand their experiences.

Requirements:

  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (any subject).
