Guidepost Montessori in Creve Coeur is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher to nurture infants in an environment designed for growth and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of infant age children in a Montessori environment. Guidepost Montessori believes in fostering independence and captivating a child’s interest through carefully prepared environments and personalized support.Role involves:

• Observing each child to understand their needs.
• Preparing an orderly environment that fosters trust and independence.
• Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
• Forming personal connections with each child.
• Communicating and collaborating with parents.

Ideal candidate has:

• Interest in Montessori training or prior Montessori diploma.
• Experience working with children ages 0-3.
• Familiarity with child-led philosophies.
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits (Preferred).
• Earned a Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).
