Job Description
Guidepost Montessori in Oak Brook, Illinois is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to nurture toddlers in a prepared Montessori environment. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class, fostering independence and personalized learning.

Role Involves:
  • Observing children to understand their needs.

Ideal Candidate Has:
  • Interest in Montessori training or prior Montessori diploma.
  • Experience working with children ages 0-3.
  • Familiarity with child-led philosophies.
  • 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, ECE, or a related field.
