Guidepost Montessori is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher for their Cypress Creek school. This role offers the opportunity to nurture toddlers in a thoughtfully designed environment that promotes growth, exploration, and independence. The Lead Guide will support a mixed-age class of toddler-aged children in a Montessori setting.Guidepost Montessori emphasizes a prepared environment that fosters independence and captivates a child’s interest. The guide provides personalized support, working with children individually and in small groups, demonstrating the use of materials, and offering precise language to understand their experiences.Role Involves:

• Observing each child to understand their needs.
• Preparing an orderly environment.
• Cultivating independence and self-confidence.
• Providing lessons to encourage practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy.
• Forming personal connections with each child.
• Communicating and collaborating with parents.

Requirements:

• Interest in pursuing certified Montessori training or previous Montessori diploma.
• Experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting.
• Familiarity with child-led philosophies or open to learning more.
• Bachelor’s Degree (any subject).
