Job Description
HealthJoy is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for delivering industry-leading outcomes to customers, driving retention, and fostering growth. The Customer Success Manager will lead a portfolio of mid-market customers, building strong relationships and advising them on strategies to optimize product adoption.

Role involves:
  • Owning key customer outcomes, including product adoption, retention, and upsell.
  • Building consultative relationships with customers and partners.
  • Advising customers on strategies to optimize adoption.
  • Uncovering upsell opportunities and partnering with the Product Solution Consultant team.
  • Leading expansion sales and renewal processes.
  • Using data to position HealthJoy's value in customer business reviews.
  • Providing product education to customers.
  • Managing customer relationships and advocating for their needs.

Requirements:
  • Benefits experience strongly preferred.
  • 4-7 years of customer-facing account leadership experience.
  • Strategic and results-oriented approach to customer partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer retention and account growth.
  • Highly collaborative and influential with teammates.
  • Exceptional executive presence and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%.
