HealthJoy is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for delivering industry-leading outcomes to customers, driving retention, and fostering growth. The Customer Success Manager will lead a portfolio of mid-market customers, building strong relationships and advising them on strategies to optimize product adoption.
Role involves:
- Owning key customer outcomes, including product adoption, retention, and upsell.
- Building consultative relationships with customers and partners.
- Advising customers on strategies to optimize adoption.
- Uncovering upsell opportunities and partnering with the Product Solution Consultant team.
- Leading expansion sales and renewal processes.
- Using data to position HealthJoy's value in customer business reviews.
- Providing product education to customers.
- Managing customer relationships and advocating for their needs.
Requirements:
- Benefits experience strongly preferred.
- 4-7 years of customer-facing account leadership experience.
- Strategic and results-oriented approach to customer partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer retention and account growth.
- Highly collaborative and influential with teammates.
- Exceptional executive presence and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-15%.
