Job Description
Banyan Software is seeking a Project Manager for Hancock Software, a leading SaaS solutions provider specializing in Energy Efficiency Program Management software. This role involves leading the rollout of Hancock Cloud by coordinating with customers, Hancock management, development, and IT. The Project Manager will be involved from start to finish of new customer deployments, acting as a liaison between Hancock Software and its clients.
Role involves:
- Leading the rollout process for new customers.
- Developing and outlining rollout plans.
- Acting as a liaison between customers and Hancock Software.
- Ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
- Exceeding deadlines and budget requirements.
- Documenting processes clearly and concisely.
- Training new users on all aspects of the product.
- Working with designers, developers, and IT to ensure feature delivery.
- Testing from a customer point of view.
- Supporting ongoing customer needs after rollout.
