Senior Designer

Job Description

Smartly is looking for a Senior Designer to join their team in Manila. The Senior Designer will oversee design tasks, refine client designs, and provide creative solutions. They will collaborate with Art Directors and Developers to develop design solutions and innovative Google Display and Social creatives.

The Senior Designer will contribute to concepting and suggest improvements to workflow and template processes. They will also develop innovative design solutions for complex challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing design tasks
• Refining client designs
• Providing creative solutions
• Collaborating with Art Directors and Developers
• Developing design solutions and innovative Google Display and Social creatives
• Contributing to concepting
• Suggesting improvements to workflow and template processes
• Developing innovative design solutions for complex challenges

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD)
• Strong understanding of design principles, hierarchy, and layout best practices
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or Art Director
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with creative teams
• Open to working with a rotating shift schedule
• Skilled at prioritizing and managing work across multiple engagements, balancing short- and long-term needs
• Must be amenable to work on either of the following shifts: EMEA, APAC, NAM
