Job Description
Awin is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to support its sales teams. This role involves administrative tasks, preparing presentations, conducting analysis, and sharing best practices to improve efficiency across the sales organization. The ideal candidate will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.Role involves:
  • Preparing presentation pitches for sales teams
  • Assessing lead quality and assigning leads
  • Supporting sales with benchmark and gap analysis
  • Managing and updating sales documents
  • Providing administrative support
  • Improving quality and efficiency across sales teams
  • Sharing best practices
Requirements:
  • Native Portuguese and proficient English; Spanish is a plus
  • Confidence in dealing with people via telephone and email
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly acquire new skills
  • Approachable with a strong ‘can do’ attitude
  • Passion for results and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good understanding of affiliate marketing
