Job Description
Awin is seeking a Sales Manager for France to manage and develop a sales and revenue pipeline, focusing on securing high-revenue merchants. This role involves driving personal sales performance by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals within the French market. The Sales Manager will report to the SME Sales Team Leader and is expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's objectives.

Role involves:
  • Managing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base across France.
  • Owning the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Managing and updating the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Working closely with teams such as Finance, Integrations, and Account Development.
  • Conducting in-depth research on target brands.
  • Meeting performance KPIs and sales targets.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roles in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketplace, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and sales pipelining software.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including advanced skills with the MS Office suite.
  • Native French and fluent English.
  • Self-driven and commercially savvy.
