dmg events is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenues through exhibition stands, sponsorship, and branding opportunities for well-established brands. The Sales Manager will be fully responsible for the revenue generation of exhibition stands and sponsorship packages to achieve agreed sales targets. They will work with the Sales Director to support the management of a network of overseas sales agents and seek out new business opportunities.Role involves:
Selling exhibition space and sponsorships
Managing overseas sales agents
Monitoring sales figures and reporting to senior management
Maintaining contact with existing and potential clients
Developing relations with associations and organizations
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Assisting in developing a marketing strategy
Working with the accounts department in collections
Requirements:
Min 3-4 years of B2B sales management and account management experience
Previous relevant experience in events company is a plus
Experience in the Middle East market is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
Able to sell with a consultative approach
Highly motivated and ambitious
Ability to work towards KPIs
Adaptable and collaborative nature
