Job Description
Appian is seeking a Project Coordinating Assistant to support the Executive Vice President of Engineering and the engineering team. This role is based in McLean, Virginia, and requires in-person attendance five days a week to foster collaboration.

Role involves:
  • Providing executive support to the Executive Vice President of Engineering and other engineering leaders.
  • Summarizing key decisions and communicating them to stakeholders.
  • Organizing departmental meetings and major events.
  • Supporting and improving processes and tools for the Engineering department.
  • Maintaining key documents, calendars, and systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Docs, Sheets; Google Hangout and Meet).
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Specialist preferred.
