Job Description
Spektrum is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support key client projects, specifically within the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The NCIA is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and information technology (IT) services to NATO's member countries and its partners. This role involves portfolio management, business situation analysis, workforce planning, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will engage with senior managers, support project control boards, and contribute to the development of workforce plans.
Role Involves:
- Portfolio management
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting on portfolio-related activities
- Supporting programme or project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings
- Investigating business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity
- Workforce planning
- Internal Controls
Requirements:
- Experience in financial management within a customer-funding environment
- Experience in planning, preparation and production of budget submissions
- Experience in budget execution and resource management
- Experience in preparing, conducting and reporting using statistical sampling methods
- Knowledge and experience in enterprise resource planning systems, project management processes, procedures and tools
- Ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years post- related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years post-related experience
- Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
