Luminar Semiconductor Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the expansion of existing businesses and developing new customers and markets. The individual will also guide the development of innovative new products leveraging LSI’s unique technologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans
Identify and pursue new photonics business opportunities
Manage and expand relationships with key accounts
Conduct market research
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product offerings
Drive the entire sales cycle
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Provide accurate sales forecasts
Act as a trusted advisor to customers
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
Proven track record of at least a decade of successful business management and sales experience
Extensive experience in overseeing account management and strategic selling of photonics products
Strong knowledge and expertise in diversified products, particularly photonics and optoelectronics components
Experience in managing business development/sales teams
Excellent relationship building and negotiations skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
