MERGE is seeking a VP, Business Development Leader for Adobe Platform Sales to cultivate new business and grow the Adobe Experience Cloud platform consulting practice. This role involves driving net new revenue through lead generation, networking, and partnering with Adobe sales leaders. The ideal candidate will have a "hunter" mentality, thriving on prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals.This individual will work with Technology Solutions Leaders, Partner Marketing, Business Development teams, and Adobe’s salesforce to craft complex deals that solve business challenges. They will build strong pipelines, C-suite relationships, and lead pitch strategy and proposal development.
Responsibilities: - Lead new business growth by telling the MERGE + Adobe story.
- Own sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Build a 4-quarter pipeline.
- Partner with Adobe sales teams to identify joint opportunities.
- Lead winning RFPs and proposals.
- Cultivate high-value relationships with Adobe Sales leaders and client decision-makers.
- Translate client challenges into strategic solutions.
- Present confidently to senior leadership, clients, and internal teams.
Requirements: - 7–10+ years of proven success in enterprise sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (MBA preferred).
- Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and the MarTech/SaaS landscape.
- Experience selling to Marketing, IT, and Line of Business leaders at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Track record of exceeding quotas and driving business outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability.
