Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Senior Analyst for Credit Product Structuring. The role resides within the Credit Business Unit, focusing on structuring credit operations to be financed by Banco XP. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality and entrepreneurship, thriving on analyzing business opportunities and making them happen.

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business opportunities, creating commercial proposals, structuring operations (including financial viability calculations and documentation), coordinating structured operations, and identifying new opportunities with commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business opportunities, especially related to credit operations.
  • Elaborating commercial proposals to be sent to clients.
  • Structuring operations, including financial viability calculations.
  • Elaborating documents backing the operations (debt instruments).
  • Obtaining internal approvals.
  • Coordinating structured operations.
  • Identifying new opportunities in conjunction with commercial teams.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of banking regulations.
  • Knowledge of finance.
  • Knowledge of the main financial instruments: CCBs, Debentures, Commercial Papers, FIDCs.
  • Experience in coordinating structured operations.
