Job Description

NEORIS is seeking a Data Engineer - Databricks to join their team. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines to process and transform large volumes of data. They will also integrate data from multiple sources, optimize data processing, design data models, and implement ETL/ELT processes.

The role involves:

• Designing and developing data pipelines
• Integrating data from multiple sources
• Optimizing data processing using Spark and Databricks
• Designing efficient data models
• Implementing ETL/ELT processes
• Collaborating with data scientists and analysts
• Ensuring data security and governance

Requirements:

• Advanced experience with Databricks
• Proficiency in Apache Spark
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with data lakes and data warehouses
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of optimization and performance tuning techniques
• Intermediate conversational English
