Job Description
CookUnity is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to partner with its Product teams. In this role, the analyst will transform data into actionable insights that shape user experience and product strategy. The Senior Product Data Analyst will dive deep into user behaviors, identify opportunities to enhance engagement, streamline user journeys, and drive product innovation. This role involves owning the analytics behind critical product decisions, building scalable data solutions, and fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation. The Senior Product Data Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and other stakeholders.

What This Role Involves:
  • Generating behavioral insights to inform product decisions.
  • Enabling self-service insights through interactive dashboards.
  • Defining key metrics and segmentation strategies.
  • Enhancing marketplace observability.
  • Asking the right analytical questions.
  • Championing a data-driven culture.

Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, insights, or product analytics roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar).
  • Proven experience partnering with Product teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Strong experience designing and analyzing experimentation (A/B tests, multivariate tests).
  • High autonomy in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and data storytelling skills.
  • Growth mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments or startups.
