Job Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Manager for their Engagement Management team. This role involves building and motivating a team of project leaders who ensure the success of customer engagements. The manager will collaborate with Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Product teams to build repeatable processes for resilient observability solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Engagement Managers.
• Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor team members.
• Design and maintain frameworks for customer lifecycle events.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership on customer programs.
• Build a team to manage services and engagements.
• Ensure customer requirements are met through product partnership.
• Help the team manage critical escalations.
• Build and share case studies.
• Own the product/field feedback loop.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of managing Engagement Management, CSM, or TAM teams.
• 3+ years of Engagement/Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, database, applications, or networking.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of project management tools.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Able to hold people accountable to deadlines.
