Job Description

ClickHouse, established in 2009, is a leading open-source column-oriented database system. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to enhance ClickHouse Cloud with AI/ML-powered features. This role involves bridging the gap between high-performance database technology and AI capabilities, implementing AI/ML integrations, and creating end-to-end solutions.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with the AI/ML team to integrate models into production systems, ensuring proper monitoring, versioning, and observability. They will also design and implement developer tools, SDKs, and documentation to enable users to leverage ClickHouse’s AI/ML capabilities.

What this role involves:

  • Implementing and maintaining integrations with the broader AI/ML ecosystem.
  • Designing and implementing AI-powered features across the full stack.
  • Creating robust, scalable APIs that connect ClickHouse's database capabilities with AI/ML inference systems.
  • Building responsive, intuitive user interfaces for AI functionalities.
  • Integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
  • Designing and implementing developer tools and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML technologies in production environments.
  • Strong frontend skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and React.
  • Backend development experience in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Experience integrating and deploying AI/ML models in production systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of database systems and data processing pipelines.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
