Job Description

Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and acquire new clients. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing and closing net new logos within a given territory. The ideal candidate will navigate complex organizational structures, identify executive sponsors, and understand customer business objectives.

Role involves:

  • Sourcing and closing net new logos.
  • Navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Identifying executive sponsors and champions.
  • Collaborating with internal partners.
  • Delivering ARR revenue targets.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Creating ROI and business justification reports.
  • Running tight POCs based off of business success criteria.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of closing experience in Sales.
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate a highly technical product.
  • Experience closing complex deals.
  • Experience building relationships with C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of best of breed softwares.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions.
