Job Description

Correlation One, an education technology company, is seeking a Data Coach to support learners in their enterprise data analytics programs. This role involves assisting learners from decision sciences backgrounds in upskilling their knowledge in areas like data storytelling, data visualization, and effective communication with non-technical stakeholders. The Data Coach will help empower decision scientists to leverage data effectively and support their commercial counterparts in making informed, data-driven decisions.Correlation One is ranked #6 in LinkedIn's Top Startups 2022 list and a Fast Company’s World Changing Idea winner.Role involves:

• Attending live lectures (for Lecture Support role)
• Providing "Drop-In Office Hours"
• Attending TA Weekly Meetings
• Responding to learner messages and conducting follow-up
• Grading Fellow’s deliverables
• Supporting learners in identifying business problems for capstone projects
• Monitoring Slack channels to answer learner questions
• Holding individual office hours via Zoom

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Data Visualization
• Experience with B2C /Retail or Consumer Products
• Weekday and Weekend Availability
• Previous learner support experience, preferably in a remote environment
