Babylist is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to support the daily operations of their Fulfillment Center in Commercial Point, Ohio. This role involves creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and ensuring workplace safety. The Office Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive team culture and supporting employee engagement.Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors
  • Manage front desk operations and office supplies
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain budgets
  • Champion workplace safety and lead safety initiatives
  • Plan events to support engagement and team morale
  • Manage internal communications
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or facilities coordination
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic inventory management systems
  • Commitment to safety, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture
  • First Aid or OSHA certification (preferred)
