Babylist is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to support the daily operations of their Fulfillment Center in Commercial Point, Ohio. This role involves creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and ensuring workplace safety. The Office Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive team culture and supporting employee engagement.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for visitors
- Manage front desk operations and office supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain budgets
- Champion workplace safety and lead safety initiatives
- Plan events to support engagement and team morale
- Manage internal communications
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in office administration or facilities coordination
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic inventory management systems
- Commitment to safety, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture
- First Aid or OSHA certification (preferred)
