Job Description
Gusto is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to optimize revenue generation processes within Go-to-Market. This role focuses on sales operations, data-driven decision-making, and scaling revenue-generating operations. Reporting to the Head of GTM, the Head of Revenue Operations will ensure revenue-related activities are cohesive and aligned with business objectives.Here's what this role involves:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive revenue operations strategy.
  • Leading and optimizing all aspects of Sales Operations.
  • Providing critical operational support for the Partnerships team.
  • Overseeing the administration, optimization, and integration of all revenue-related tooling and systems.
  • Owning the revenue data analytics strategy.
  • Driving comprehensive Sales Enablement initiatives.
  • Designing, implementing, and administering effective Sales Compensation plans.
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
  • Acting as a critical liaison between revenue teams and other departments.
  • Understanding how AI is transforming the revenue teams today and implement systems and processes that are AI driven.
Gusto is looking for someone who has:
  • 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership role (Head of or VP level).
  • A proven track record of successfully building, scaling, and optimizing revenue operations functions in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Deep expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other revenue technology stacks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • A strong understanding of the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional prioritization, alignment, and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
