Supply Chain Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

Isar Aerospace is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager to join their Quality Engineering team in Ottobrunn, Bavaria, Germany. This role focuses on ensuring and improving supply chain quality and internal control activities by enforcing quality management policies, procedures, and implementing new approaches.He will be focal point for all quality matters involving external suppliers. He will be responsible for supplier quality evaluation & development and continuous improvement and maintenance of Supplier Quality System. He will develop supplier qualification & selection processes, based on process capability & capacity assessments, risk assessment & analysis and system & process audits for the relevant suppliers. He will handle and communicate non-conformities on parts, assemblies and relevant processes from external manufacturers, if such discovered during surveillance activities.

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering, management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, compliance in Aviation & Aerospace
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge of cause-effect analysis and problem-solving methods
• Good knowledge of AS 9100:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, Internal Auditor certification
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and German
