Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description

Tenable, the Exposure Management company, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with recruiters to facilitate hiring activities and ensure process excellence. This role is crucial in supporting recruiting and pre-employment tasks, managing internal and external interactions to provide a positive candidate experience.Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, including travel arrangements.
• Host candidates on-site, ensuring a positive experience.
• Interact with candidates and hiring managers, addressing questions independently.
• Lead recruiting event planning and coordination of interview day sprints.
• Create and maintain reports to measure task completion and recruitment success.
• Deliver reporting and analytics on referral bonuses, requisition audits, and new hire onboarding.
• Maintain a catalog of global offers and ensure alignment with regulations.
• Act as a super-user for the ATS, managing job requisitions and candidate statuses.
• Initiate HR processes for position and requisition creation.
• Facilitate background checks and review reports for policy adherence.
• Support pre-employment activities and the transition to HR for onboarding.
• Audit new hire details and employee referral program details.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of coordination or administrative support experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong calendar management skills.
• Superb attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to address questions independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• Experience in creating and maintaining reports with accuracy.
• Process excellence mentality with the ability to articulate and drive process improvements.
• Work experience within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition preferred.
