Job Description
Tenable is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial for driving recruitment success across Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Product Engineering teams. The Senior Recruiter will develop and implement local, national, and global recruiting plans, utilizing both traditional and creative sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with senior management and department heads on strategic recruiting projects.
  • Creating and upholding best practice recruiting policies and systems.
  • Working with outside vendors to fill key roles.
  • Developing recruiting strategies and understanding talent movement.
  • Leading full life cycle recruiting, from planning to hiring.
  • Prioritizing building a diverse team.
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Fulfilling open requisitions cost-effectively.
  • Knowing Tenable’s business and competitors.
  • Participating in workforce planning.
  • Overseeing the development of a candidate talent pipeline.
  • Maintaining industry awareness and market intelligence.
  • Formulating offers, negotiating, and closing candidates.

Requirements include:
  • 7+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience building social media and employment branding strategies.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of recruiting technologies.
  • Experience applying leading recruiting practices.
  • Enthusiasm to evolve a global talent acquisition function.
  • Experience working with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to report multiple recruiting metrics.
  • Understanding of social media for sourcing.
  • Research skills and creativity.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
