Job Description

DEPT®, a pioneering agency with a deep skillset in tech and marketing, is seeking a Data Science & ML Engineer to join their EMEA Data & AI practice. The ideal candidate will leverage AI to enhance various aspects of the business, working alongside a team of data strategists, consultants, data scientists, and analysts. This role involves solving complex problems for well-known brands, contributing to diverse services from commerce to media.

Role Involves:

  • Designing and architecting scalable ML solutions.
  • Building machine learning models for marketing attribution and customer prediction.
  • Implementing end-to-end ML pipelines.
  • Performing advanced statistical analysis.
  • Deploying production ML systems.
  • Collaborating with data engineers, consultants, and clients.
  • Communicating complex technical solutions to clients.
  • Consulting and guiding clients on data and ML implementation.

Requirements:

  • MSc degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science and/or ML engineering roles.
  • Strong foundation in statistics and mathematics.
  • Understanding of customer experience principles and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python with data science & AI libraries.
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with version control (Git).
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
