GWI is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join their Data Science Department in Athens. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and automation of data/ML services and pipelines, reporting to the ML Manager of the Automations Team. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including Machine Learning, Custom/Global Research, Data, and Engineering, on both client projects and long-term initiatives.Role involves:
Shaping and realizing the Data Strategy.
Contributing to the development and automation of data/ML services and pipelines.
Working closely with Market Research Specialists.
Contributing to fixed-term client projects and long-term initiatives.
Requirements:
Coding proficiency in Python.
Working knowledge of machine learning software stack (Pandas/Numpy, Scikit Learn).
Basic knowledge of cloud computing and production environments.
Basic understanding of statistical learning concepts.
Ability to work closely with Market Research Specialists.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
