Job Description
Optimove, a global marketing tech company, is seeking an Onboarding Project Manager to oversee client onboarding implementation projects. The role involves direct interaction with clients, communicating project status, timelines, and technical requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Managing onboarding implementation projects for enterprise and large customers.
- Overseeing all aspects of project management and ensuring successful completion of implementations and deliverables.
- Tracking and communicating project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to stakeholders.
- Monitoring day-to-day activities of the project team and ensuring work progresses as planned.
- Creating and maintaining overall project plans.
- Actively monitoring project scope and health to identify and communicate potential risks and issues.
- Managing multiple implementation projects in parallel.
Requirements:
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and understand their needs.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Technical awareness to understand Optimove's solution and customer requirements.
- Strong presentation skills to all levels, including C-level executives.
- Education: Bsc or BA, preferably in technology-related programs.
- 2-3 years of experience as a technical project manager.
- Experience working for a SaaS company - advantage.
- Project Management certificate - advantage.
