Job Description
Qumulo is seeking a Sales Compensation Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calculating commission and incentive payments for sales personnel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with the commission plan. This role involves staff support for the development, implementation, and administration of sales commission programs, plans, policies, and quotas.Responsibilities include:
- Calculating commission/incentive award payments.
- Performing staff support activities for sales commission programs.
- Reviewing commission payment reports for accuracy.
- Verifying and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of commission payments.
- Resolving reconciliation issues.
- Maintaining or auditing information to track revenue.
- Analyzing sales performance and preparing commission expense reports.
- Contributing to the development or improvement of systems for data tracking.
- Performing cost analysis or modeling of alternative commission plans.
Qualifications include:
- A minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Broad expertise and unique knowledge to contribute to company objectives.
- Ability to work on significant and unique issues requiring evaluation of intangibles.
- Independent judgment in methods and techniques for obtaining results.
