Job Description
Axon is seeking a VP/SVP of Product, Connected Devices to lead the vision, development, and operational execution for Axon’s diverse portfolio of devices. This role involves full P&L responsibility across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategy. The SVP/GM will maintain and expand Axon's leadership position in the market, fostering innovation, and driving business growth across multiple geographies and sectors.

Role involves:
  • Owning the vision, strategy, and execution for Axon’s Body-worn Cameras, Fleet, Interview Room, Mobile Applications, and Sensors product lines.
  • Taking full responsibility for the profitability and financial health of product lines.
  • Leading Axon's efforts to expand market share internationally.
  • Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Supply Chain, Professional Services, and other internal teams.
  • Building and inspiring a world-class team of Product Managers.
  • Developing deep relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Introducing new technologies and business models.

Requirements:
  • 20+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
  • 15+ years in leadership roles, managing large, distributed teams (100+ people).
  • Extensive experience in international markets.
  • Demonstrated experience owning P&L for multi-billion dollar product lines.
  • A track record of successfully leading both mature product lines and launching new products.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A relentless focus on customer success.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
