Solutions Engineer

Job Description

Sama is seeking a Solutions Engineer to solve complex customer problems. This role bridges the product and sales teams, collaborating with the GTM team to understand customer needs and manage sales cycles. The Solutions Engineer will provide consulting, value-based demonstrations, and support Proof of Concepts, while developing custom solutions and integrations.Role involves:

• Partnering with Account Executives and Managers
• Leading technical scoping and requirements gathering
• Designing and maintaining demos and integrations
• Becoming a Sama product expert
• Evangelizing Sama at industry events
• Collaborating with Product and R&D teams
• Sharing best practices with technical teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years in AI/ML companies
• 4+ years of enterprise sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong Python scripting skills
• Knowledge of AI and ML models
• Ability to develop AI solutions
• Project management and problem-solving skills
