Wrike is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of Mid Market customers in EMEA. The Customer Success Manager will build strong customer relationships and act as a Wrike advocate throughout the customer journey. This is an 18-month contract position.
Role involves:
Building strong customer relationships.
Partnering with customers to establish clear business goals.
Creating and managing engagement and communication strategies.
Serving as the Wrike subject matter expert.
Collaborating with multiple teams.
Monitoring the book of business and working towards targets.
Maintaining and leveraging the Customer Success Management platform.
Requirements:
Full fluency in English & German (verbal & written).
2+ years experience in Customer Success Management or customer facing-role supporting mid market clients.
Experience working with Marketing teams, Professional Services, IT teams, PMO teams.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of clients, including senior leadership.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
Great people skills.
Willingness to dive into technical details of a product.
