Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of Mid Market customers in EMEA. The Customer Success Manager will build strong customer relationships and act as a Wrike advocate throughout the customer journey. This is an 18-month contract position.

Role involves:
  • Building strong customer relationships.
  • Partnering with customers to establish clear business goals.
  • Creating and managing engagement and communication strategies.
  • Serving as the Wrike subject matter expert.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams.
  • Monitoring the book of business and working towards targets.
  • Maintaining and leveraging the Customer Success Management platform.

Requirements:
  • Full fluency in English & German (verbal & written).
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success Management or customer facing-role supporting mid market clients.
  • Experience working with Marketing teams, Professional Services, IT teams, PMO teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of clients, including senior leadership.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
  • Great people skills.
  • Willingness to dive into technical details of a product.
