Job Description

ICE is seeking a Manager (m/f/d) for Music Identification to join their team in Berlin. ICE is an organization founded by rightsholders, for rightsholders. The company supports songwriters by ensuring they are accurately compensated when their work is used internationally. ICE operates where technology, music, and data meet, distributing over €1 billion in royalties per year.

The Manager will review musical song data reported by Digital Service Providers (DSPs) like Spotify and Apple Music. He/She will examine song data, analyze it for patterns and anomalies, and develop processes and QA checks to ensure the best service for customers.

Role Involves:

• Reviewing musical song data from DSPs.
• Examining and analyzing song data for patterns and anomalies.
• Developing processes and QA checks.
