Presidents Institute is seeking a Chief Sales Officer to lead and build sales teams in Copenhagen. The role involves driving new sales to new target groups/products and ensuring membership growth. Presidents Institute is a leading facilitator of knowledge, inspiration, and networking in the Nordics, offering network groups, development programs, and conferences. The company has 25 employees and over 1000 active top leaders as members, with operations in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.Role involves:
- Creating a high-performance sales organization
- Evaluating individual and team competencies
- Leading, growing, and motivating sales teams
- Recruiting and developing employees
- Developing sales playbooks and onboarding programs
- Executing company strategy and defining future strategies
- Closing deals and achieving strategic goals
- Building relationships with C-level leaders
